Venture Capital Academy

Venture Capital Academy is a 3-day Program focused on the nuts and bolts of venture capital investments and deal making for Business Angels, Professional Investors, Corporate Venture Managers, Directors of Innovation or Especialized Attorneys who want to improve their ability to define, negotiate, and execute early-stage investments. Participants will work with leading UC Berkeley Faculty to develop strategies to structure deals in order to maximize investment returns.
